Sprouted Einkorn Sourdough(VF)
Sourdough tin(sandwich) loaf that's built with two types of whole wheat flour and einkorn flour. This "Protein Powered Bread" has sprouted lentils, sprouted buckwheat groats and sprouted wheat berries. Einkorn flour has a much higher protein content (30% more than modern wheat) and less starch (15% less than modern wheat), along with a higher concentration of minerals and flavor.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour*, "type 85" whole wheat flour*, einkorn flour*, sprouted lentil beans*, sprouted buckwheat groats*, sprouted wheat berries*, spring water, Utah mined salt.
