Our gluten‑free sourdough comes in two varietiesOat Millet and Buckwheat. Both are 100% organic, naturally leavened, and unapologetically dense.

We make them the same way we make all our bread — slowly, with an organic sorghum starter, spring water, and time. The texture is firm, the flavor is deep, and each slice feels like real bread — because it is.

We only bake these loaves the first weekend of each month. Why? Because when you buy one, you’ll slice it, freeze it, and pull pieces out as you need them — they’re built to last you weeks, not days.

Varieties:
Buckwheat – Bold, earthy flavor with a rustic edge
Oat Millet – Mild, nutty, and slightly sweeter

Our gluten‑free sourdoughs are made with no gluten‑containing ingredients and are 100% organic. However, they’re baked in the same facility as our wheat breads, on shared equipment. Despite careful cleaning, cross‑contact may occur.

If you have celiac disease or are highly sensitive to gluten, we do not recommend consuming this bread.
