100% Organic Gluten‑Free Sourdough

Our gluten‑free sourdough comes in two varietiesOat Millet and Buckwheat. Both are 100% organic, naturally leavened, and unapologetically dense.

We make them the same way we make all our bread — slowly, with an organic sorghum starter, spring water, and time. The texture is firm, the flavor is deep, and each slice feels like real bread — because it is.

Varieties:
Buckwheat – Bold, earthy flavor with a rustic edge
Oat Millet – Mild, nutty, and slightly sweeter

Ingredients (Buckwheat): 100% organic buckwheat flour, organic sorghum flour, organic millet flour, organic sunflower seed flour, arrowroot starch, whole psyllium husk, organic coconut palm sugar, spring water, Utah‑mined salt.

Ingredients (Oat Millet): 100% organic oat flour, organic sorghum flour, organic millet flour, organic sunflower seed flour, arrowroot starch, whole psyllium husk, organic coconut palm sugar, spring water, Utah‑mined salt.
