This is an uncooked sourdough pizza crust that we naturally raise with levain. A perfect balance of texture and flavor. We highly recommend you bake on a pizza stone or cast iron pan and are familiar with baking pizza at home. Each dough ball will make a 8-10 inch pizza depending on the thickness you prefer. This is an un-cooked pizza dough ready to be shaped and baked. I don't want to brag but this is an amazing pizza dough!
