Sourdough Cinnamon Babka(D)

Babka is a sweet braided bread or cake which originated in the Jewish communities of Poland and Ukraine. Our version is sourdough based with a cinnamon brown sugar swirl with an orange infused simple syrup glaze. Full loaf cooked in a 4X4X9 inch tin.

Ingredients: wheat flour*, whole wheat  flour*, bread flour* spring water, brown sugar*, butter*, cinnamon, Utah mined salt
