Sourdough Apple Galettes (P)

Originating in Norman times – when it was known as a gale – the term simply refers to a ‘flat cake’. We think of it more like a small pie that is amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top... Gooey brown sugar sweet with flaky sourdough crust and tender spiced apples.
