Rosemary Polenta Sourdough(CP)
We add coarse ground polenta to our sourdough to add a custard like texture and a delicate corn flavor. Pumpkin seed and rosemary complement the flavor of this bread. Naturally leavened as usual and made with an organic blend of flours. So Good!
Ingredients: organic flour(organic hard red winter wheat malted with organic malted barley flour), spring water, organic rosemary, organic polenta, organic pumpkin seeds and Utah mined salt
