Za’atar Focaccia(LF)

The herb za’atar is also called wild thyme or Syrian oregano and is often used in za’atar the spice blend. Za’atar Focaccia in a 8x8 pan. It has a crispy bottom and is super soft on the inside. We use quality olive oil, za’atar and Maldon sea salt to finish it off. Beware! Its addicting!

Ingredients: wheat flour*, whole wheat  flour*, bread flour* spring water,  organic  za’atar, organic olive oil, Utah mined salt, and sea salt
