Caramelized Onion Focaccia

I just want to wrap up this yummy focaccia and take it to the beach. It is SO GOOD! Focaccia is topped with super sweet caramelized onion and fresh pink peppercorns that we pick from our tree and grind with a mortar and pestle. It has a crispy bottom and is super soft on the inside. We use quality olive oil and Maldon sea salt to finish it off. Beware! Its addicting!
