Rosemary Polenta(VF)

We add coarse ground polenta to our sourdough to add a custard like texture and a delicate corn flavor. Pumpkin seed and rosemary complement the flavor of this bread. Naturally leavened as usual and made with our own organic blend of flours. So Good!
