Garlic, Herb and Cheese Focaccia(CF)

We decided to give our classic rosemary focaccia a little boost with roasted garlic and manchego cheese.  Garlic, rosemary and manchego cheese are simple ingredients that pair well with anything. You can also split it in half and make a delicious sandwich. Better yet eat the whole thing by itself in one sitting like we do!

Ingredients: wheat flour*, whole wheat flour*, bread flour* spring water, rosemary, garlic, manchego cheese, olive oil, Utah mined salt, and sea salt
